Welcome to our new patient center. This page was built with the intentions of creating a bridge between our office and your health. At The Conde Center, we truly believe that healing not only depends on precise clinical insight, diagnostic capabilities, and treatment but also on the experience the patient has in the office. Therefore, it has always been our motto to go above and beyond our patients' expectations. You will notice right away from the first phone call to the interaction with our staff that you are our first priority. Here is a description of what you can expect as a new patient at The Conde Center For Chiropractic Neurology:
First Visit
A thorough orthopedic and neurological examination will be conducted to determine a working diagnosis. This is the day that we gather the information that is necessary to give you the highest quality of care. If you’re particular case requires treatment on the first day, it will be provided.
Second Visit
A complete report of your exam and x-ray findings will be provided. Dietary, nutritional, and ergonomic recommendations are made to enhance your healing process. During this visit we will determine the financial options that are best suited for you. This includes a review of your benefits. You will also receive your first treatment.
Third Visit and Beyond
Brain-based and spine specific treatments to ensure your transition to health.
Scheduling
Will be determined according to your health needs. Typically, we MAP your visits to ensure our time for you is reserved.
